Jennifer Powers

Jennifer Powers serves as the Senior Vice President and Treasurer at Edwards Lifesciences, the leading global structural heart innovation company based in Irvine, CA. In her role, she is responsible for managing financial risk, optimizing capital structure, and overseeing global cash investment.

With over 25 years of experience in financial management for global corporations, Ms. Powers has demonstrated expertise in navigating capital markets and driving company growth and strategy through various business cycles and crisis situations.

Ms. Powers holds an MBA from Florida Atlantic University and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Florida. She is also a licensed Certified Public Accountant.

Throughout her career, Ms. Powers has been committed to community service. She recently served as Treasurer of the Lakeshore Excellence Foundation in Stevensville, Michigan, and concurrently as Treasurer of the Whirlpool Foundation. While residing in Florida, she held the position of Treasurer for the Imag History and Science Center. She was also instrumental in establishing the Coach Foundation for Coach Inc. while working in New York City.
