Victoria F. Collins Legacy Fund for Financial Empowerment
In 1997, Victoria Collins organized a conference for women, called "Invest in Yourself." It was a stunning success with over 500 attendees and led Victoria to co-found Women Investing in Security and Education (WISE). Continuing the mission to financially educate and inspire women and girls across all socio-economic backgrounds WISE empowers thousands of members with its accessible financial information. Victoria was an inspiration to all who knew her. To honor her lifelong dedication to philanthropy and enriching the Orange County community, the WISE board established a legacy fund in Victoria’s name providing scholarships to underserved girls and supporting the sustainability of WISE.
