Since the age of seven years old, I have been involved with Girls Inc. and all the wonderful programs they offer. The partnership between WISE and Girls Inc., of Orange County offers programs such as Smart-Ups, College Bound financial workshops, and Girls Meet the Workforce. Through the impactful programs that I participated at the age of 11-18 years old, I was constantly shown that a career in Finance was a possibility for me to pursue. In these programs, I learned an enormous amount about financial literacy and how to become my own boss. This led to my four years at Chapman University where I graduated with a double major in Accounting and Business Administration. After graduation, I pursued an auditing career at PricewaterhouseCoopers for two years, where I learned and grew into a well-rounded accountant. Today, I am a part of Girls Inc., of Orange County as their staff accountant. This role is so powerful to me, as I now get to be on the other side of what and who helped me become a financial guru. Besides, being involved with Girls Inc., I am also founder and CEO of With Luv From clothing brand where my mission is to give traveling a deeper meaning.
